Step by step structure helping you actually get results
1. Estimate Scheduling
Your first point of contact is our friendly Customer Service Representative, Sean. He’ll guide you through the initial steps, including:
- Understanding your timeline, budget, and scope of work.
- Explaining what to expect during the estimate process. From there, one of our Sales Representatives will visit your property to:
- Conduct a detailed walkaround with you to assess the full scope of work.
- Provide a clear and detailed quote.
If you’re happy with the estimate, we’ll schedule your project at a time that works best for you.
2. Job Scheduling
After booking, your main contact will be our Project Coordinator, Hans. She'll guide you through the entire job. Hans will:
- Send a deposit invoice and schedule an onboarding call.
- Keep you informed of your schedule and upcoming milestones.
- Provide updates or changes before the job starts.
- Confirm all colour information to avoid delays.
Our goal is to schedule your job within one business day of receiving your deposit.
3. Job Start
When the job begins, our team ensures everything is clear and on track:
- Confirmation: We review the scope of work with you at the start.
- Updates: Expect daily updates through videos or in-person communication.
- Transparency: We notify you immediately about:
Any deviations from the original quote.
Any rotten wood that we encounter
Adjustments to the project timeline.
4. Job Close
Once the job is complete:
- We perform a final quality inspection to ensure everything meets our standards.
- We conduct a walkthrough with you to confirm your satisfaction.
- Hans will follow up with a close-out call to ensure every detail is addressed.
We'll give you a personalized color and product report. This report lists all the products and colors we used. It will be a helpful reference for you later.
